RETURN POLICY 

  • We have a 30 day return policy on all products. Customers may return products, less a 15% restocking fee, up to 30 days after their purchase for a cash/credit card refund less S&H. Returns should be sent to: Attn: Returns / Chandelierparts.com; 1172 Progress Drive, Fergus Falls, MN 56537. Please include copy of invoice with the return.
  • NOTE: There are no returns on custom pinned or special custom orders. Once items have been manufactured, they are not returnable.

 

SIZE VARIATIONS in Chandelier Parts

  • Please note you may see a slight variation in actual size for any of our chandelier parts & prisms. For example, it is completely normal for a 7" arm to actually measure just under 7", but it is still called 7" or 10", etc. We do our very best to accurately describe the size of our parts but wanted our customers to know some subtle variations in actual size may occur with any of our products.
  • Also, When ordering parts, we do NOT guarantee an exact match if you are to reorder in the future. We use multiple sources for production of our products so there may be slight variations. In general, the items are very similar as represented in photos, however there may be slight variations.
  • Our chandelier parts may vary slightly from those photographed. Occasionally production methods or alterations from our suppliers will cause our products to vary ever so slightly. If you need exact specifications on any product please call us at +1 (218) 737-0134

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES 
    • Shipping rate will be determined at the time your order ships. At checkout, you will charged a default shipping amount, however, the order will be reviewed before shipping. If additional money is required to ship your order, we will contact you for option of payment or to cancel order.
    • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. We do not charge these fees, and we have no control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees.
    • Please note that all customs fees and import taxes and duties are your responsibility. If you are not available to receive your order or refuse delivery, you are responsible for return shipping costs as well as a 25% restocking fee.

      DO YOU ACCEPT SMALL ORDERS?
      • We accept orders of any size. A $15 order will be handled the same way a $400 or $4000 order is and we appreciate them all.

       

        PRODUCT LINE

        • We are always interested in adding products. If you know of something we should add or if you are a manufacturer who stumbled upon our site and have products you think we should have, drop us a line. We are adding new products at least monthly, sometimes daily and always looking for more interesting items. 

          WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

          • We do our very best to ship all orders within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Our main shipping methods are USPS & UPS Ground, chosen at our discretion.
          • If you need quicker service, call us at (218) 737-0134 for Expedited Services. Note: ChandelierParts.com assumes no liability for orders arriving at a certain time, beyond the initial paid cost of shipment. If there is error or damage in a shipment, we will reship product at the same level (ie. Ground, 2 Day Air, etc.) that the original order was shipped.

            CHARGING CREDIT CARD 

            • All orders placed with ChandelierParts.com are charged to the credit card/Paypal at the time the order is placed by the customer, NOT when the order is shipped. We make every effort to ship order complete within 30 days of charge, or else will refund card if we can't fulfill in that time frame. Should you request to cancel order after it is placed, but before it is shipped, you are subject to a full refund minus a 3% credit card processing fee.

              BACK ORDERS

              • As we are daily receiving products, and receiving orders directly as well as online, our actual inventory numbers are not shown on ChandelierParts.com. From time to time, there are products on orders that are out of stock. Sometime we receive the products in within a day or two, however sometimes it can take a number of weeks. We attempt to contact customers when their order won't be able to ship within several days due to lack of inventory. In these cases, the Customer has the choice to either: 1. We hold the entire order until all products are available and order can ship complete; or 2. We can cancel back ordered items and process the rest of the order. If we do not hear back from the Customer, we will use option #1. If the Customer would like the order split to ship in stock items immediately and ship back order items when they come in, they will be responsible for a minimum $7.85 additional shipping charge.

                IS THE TOP BEAD OR JEWEL HEAD AND PIN INCLUDED IN THE MEASUREMENT?

                • No, the prism bead or jewel head along with the head pin add approximately 1/2" to 3/4" to the stated prism length. 

                  ARE THE TOP BEAD OR JEWEL HEAD AND PIN INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

                  • Yes, if the image of the prism is shown with bead or jewel or head pin, then it is included in the prices stated. If not, it will not come with bead or pin.

                    DO YOU GUARANTEE PINNING ON ITEMS UNDER 500 PIECES?

                    • No, although most Prisms and Spears do come with brass head pins, we do not guarantee (on orders under 500) that they will. If you specifically need brass or chrome head pins, we suggest that you order the necessary pins to insure yours needs are met. Wires, Pins, Clips
