Do you accept small orders?


We accept all orders, regardless of size. A $14.00 order will be handled the same way a $400 or $4000 order is and we appreciate them all.


Do you sell wholesale?


We have a single price list for all our customers. We do sell direct to the public, but our main business is to lighting designers, restorers and builders.


For those businesses in the chandelier/lighting trade, we do have a wholesale division which has a few requirements to qualify: 1. Must have a tax resale #; 2. Initial $500 order; 3. Subsequent order minimum of $50. If you wish to apply for wholesale status, please email orders@igmor.com with your request or any questions.

What are your shipping times?


We do our very best to ship all orders within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Our typical shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage. If you need quicker service, call us at (218) 737-0134 for Expedited Services.

Is the top bead or jewel head & pin included in the measurement?


No, the prism bead or jewel head along with the head pin adds approximately 1" to 1-1/2" to the stated prism length. Larger prisms typically need a larger top bead, therefore, the overall hanging length will be longer than a smaller prism.

Are the top bead or jewel head & pin included in the price?


Yes, if the image of the prism is shown with bead or jewel head and head pin, it is included in the prices stated.

Do you guarantee a Brass or Chrome head Pin on orders under 500?


Although most prisms and spears do come with brass head pins, we do not guarantee (on orders under 500) that they will have that pinning style. If you specifically need brass or chrome head pins we suggest that you order the necessary pins to insure yours needs are met.

Do you guarantee and exact match from order to order?


When ordering parts, we do NOT guarantee an exact match if you are to reorder in the future. We use multiple sources for production of our products so there may be slight variations. In general, the items are very similar as represented in photos, however there may be slight variations.

Return & Cancelation Policy:


We have a 30 day return policy on all products. Customers may return products, less a 15% restocking fee, up to 30 days after their purchase for a cash refund less S&H. Returns should be sent to: Chandelier Parts / Attn: Returns; 1172 Progress Drive, Fergus Falls, MN 56537. Please include copy of the packing slip with the return.


NOTE: There are no returns on custom pinned or special custom orders. Once items have been manufactured, they are not returnable.


Should you request to cancel your order after it is placed, but before it has shipped, you are subject to a full refund minus a 3% credit card processing fee.

Back Orders:


From time to time, there are products on orders that are out of stock. Sometimes we receive the products in within a day or two, however, sometimes it can take a number of weeks. We will contact customers when their order won't be able to ship within several days due to lack of inventory. In these cases, the customer has the choice to either: 1. We hold the entire order until all products are available and order can ship complete; or 2. We cancel back ordered items and process the rest of the order. If we do not hear back from the Customer, we will use option #1. If the Customer would like the order split to ship in stock items immediately and ship back order items when they come in, they will be responsible for a minimum $7.85 additional shipping charge.

Product Line:


We are always interested in adding products. If you know of something we should add or if you are a manufacturer who stumbled upon our site and have products you think we should have, we'd love to hear from you! We are adding new products at least monthly, sometimes daily and always looking for more interesting items.

Our Products:


Our chandelier parts may vary slightly from those photographed. Occasionally production methods or alterations from our suppliers will cause our products to vary ever so slightly. If you need exact specifications on any product please call us at (218) 737-0134.
