Refund policy

ChandelierParts.com has had the same refund and guarantee policy for the past 35 years. We do offer refunds, however, you the customer has the responsibility to ship the product back to us at your expense. The product must be in "as new" condition so that we may resell it. If it is damaged or shows wear we will not accept it for refund. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Additionally there is a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. Many customers don't realize it but it is more expensive for us to handle and process a return / refund than it is for new products which is why we charge a restocking fee.
